If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us! We will do everything we can to make it right.
Color Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate photos of original paintings and prints, but actual colors may vary slightly due to photography, differences in device displays, and individual visual perception.
To get the best idea of colors, view the images on multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, iPad, etc.).
We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to color differences between the product and your expectations.
Quality Guarantee
If there are any defects with the products due to production issue, please contact us via chatbox or at hello@bellachenfineart.com with pictures and descriptions of the quality issue. Upon investigation, we will be able to ship a replacement or issue a refund. The defect products must be destroyed in order to be eligible for replacement or refund.
Damaged Products
Our local print shop is extremely careful to package your canvas to protect it from transportation impact. However, if the prints should be damaged upon arrival, please contact us via chatbox or hello@bellachenfineart.com with pictures and descriptions of the damage.
We are unable to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by collectors. For example: irreversible fold marks caused by adding weight on rolled canvas, and forceful impact on stretched/framed canvas, etc.
Not Delivered / Lost / Stolen
If your package is marked "Delivered" but you can't find it, please first check your confirmation email to ensure the shipping address is correct. We can't replace orders for free if the address is incorrect. And we can’t refund.
If the order is returned to us and you desire a reship to the correct address, you are responsible for the cost of shipping.
If the address is correct and you believe the package is lost, stolen, or missed the delivery, contact the shipping service directly. We do not offer free replacement for undelivered, lost, or stolen orders.
