USA Shipping

Fine Art Prints

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email with order number. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for you to check shipping status.

Original Paintings

We ship original paintings domestically via UPS (United Parcel Services). After purchase, you'll receive an invoice with shipping & insurance costs, which must be paid before shipping. All original sales are final. Please check the UPS website for shipping estimate, use “from zip code” 91214 before purchasing.

Shipping Address

For print orders, if you need a change of address, our print shop must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has been shipped. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible. 

For original paintings, your shipping address will be verified by UPS when you check the UPS website for shipping estimate. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your address. All original sales are final, we are unable to cancel or refund due to wrong shipping address. 

We are not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the collector. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout. If the order is returned to us and you desire a reship to the correct address, you are responsible for the cost of shipping. 

Packing & Shipping Time

Our fine art prints are produced with care by our local professional print shop in Southern California, USA. Prints are then packed and usually ready to ship within 5 days after your order is submitted.

Stretched canvas and framed canvas are shipped in cardboard boxes. Rolled canvas is shipped inside mailing tubes. All prints are placed inside clear protective art sleeves. If you order both rolled and stretched/framed canvas, they may be shipped separately. 

Shipping time varies based on your location, shipping carrier, weather and other factors. The following is an estimated shipping time:

  • California, Arizona: less than 5 days.
  • East Coast: about 10 days.
  • Other States: between 5-10 days.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore U.S. territories: Longer than 10 days.

If you haven't received your order within 30 days after getting your tracking number, please email us at hello@bellachenfineart.com with your name and order number. We'll be happy to assist you!

 

 

International Shipping (Out of USA and Canada) 

Currently, canvas prints ordered via this website can only be shipped within USA and Canada. 

Duties & Taxes

Original paintings and fine art prints shipped to destinations outside of United States may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). Any applicable duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. 

Bella Chen Fine Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the collector. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country and 20% restocking fee based on the purchase dollar value).

Fine Art Prints

For orders placed on this website, USPS (United States Postal Services) is the only shipping method we use at this time. Please note that USPS charges you, the collector with the customs tax. Additionally, we are unable to ship to Germany due to Germany’s shipping regulations. 

For collectors out of US and Canada, you can manually order prints by contacting us via chatbox or contact page. The shipping method and quote depend on your location.
